Easton Walled Gardens
See a sea of flowers.  Â
Visit Easton between January and March and you’ll be greeted with a carpet of snowdrop flowers winding their way through a network of ash trees. The 450-year-old gardens are home to more than ten varieties of the delicate and colourful plants, so make sure you have your camera ready.  Â

Guildhall Arts Centre
Spend the evening at a show.  Â
With everything from Shakespeare to live music and pantomime to comedy, there’s something to suit everyone’s taste at the Guildhall Arts Centre. If you’re looking for things to do in Grantham, make sure you add some drama to your stay by catching a performance on the big stage on St Peter’s Hill.  Â
Wyndham Park
Spend a day in the sun.  Â
Wyndham Park is the perfect place to enjoy the Lincolnshire sun. Enjoy a picnic on the grass or hire a cycle and pedal the day away. The paddling pool is a popular spot for kids, except on Wednesdays when the Model Boat Club meet to display their pride and joy on the water.  Â

Rolls Royce Rally
A spot of vintage fun.  Â
One of the best things to do in Grantham for motoring enthusiasts, the Rolls Royce Rally at the beautiful Burghley House is considered the largest Rolls Royce and Bentley meet in the world. Bonfire Night at the Engine Yard
Light up your autumn getaway.
Belvoir Castle opens to the public after hours for one of the best fireworks displays in Lincolnshire. The faux castle is home to the Fireworks Championship in August, so the standard for rockets and illuminations here is always high.
Grimsthorpe Castle
Stroll around Grade I gardens.
There’s no better time to see the impressive grounds at Grimsthorpe than during autumn. See hues of brown and orange in a garden designed by world renowned landscaper Capability Brown or cycle the paths around 3,000 acres of the estate for your chance to see buzzards, red kites and deer too.
Christmas at Belton House
Get in the festive spirit.
Enjoy a magical light show on the grounds of a 17th century country home and keep the cold weather at bay with a delicious hot chocolate or spiced winter warmer. Easily one of the best things to do in Grantham if you’re spending Christmas in the area.
